Do you remember when you got your first horse or pony?

Do any of you horse moms remember when you got your first horse or pony? I bugged my mom for months and months till I got my first pony when I was 7 yrs. old. I wish I had a picture of him to show you, his name was Chippy. If anybody wants to share their story and pictures that would be great.
